A floor-based assisted stretching treatment designed to increase flexibility, mobility and performance. This treatment has a focus on systemic downregulation and provides more of a meditative atmosphere for both mental and physical healing. Sometimes described as lazy-man's yoga, this thai-massage inspired treatment uses the principles of fascial lines and anatomy trains to treat your body as a whole.
Please come fully clothed, as if you were going to a yoga class, and come with an open mind!

Rest & Digest

This treatment is designed to optimize lymphatic flow and promote digestion. The treatment blends Manual Lymphatic Drainage with Brazilian Lymphatic Massage and cool hydrotherapy. Your session will begin with no oil and light, rhythmic movements to stimulate lymphatic flow at the six major cluster sites. You will then be draped appropriately to uncover your stomach, firm pressure is used with oil in circular motions. Abdominal massage can encourage digestion, improve regularity and decrease bloating. Cool hydrotherapy is then applied to ease any inflammation.
This treatment can benefit those who experience, but is not limited to: congestion, constipation, digestion issues, bloating, fatigue, brain fog and/or chronic pain.
